Gather, clean and glean insights from data to inform better business decision making.

Perform data analysis and develop dashboards, reports, presentations and data products that present insights in an intuitive way.
Work and collaborate with IT experts, and executive management to improve systems and processes, recommend modifications, and assist the executive management in developing policies for data governance
Assist in conversations regarding the potential new uses of data and predictive analytics in the business
Teach colleagues to be their own data miners
Locate and define new data process improvement opportunities

Diploma or University degree in the field of business administration, finance or Information System
Experience with data warehousing and data modelling
Ability to monitor and analyse product usage patterns, reporting on issues and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and value creation.
Expertise with spreadsheet-based tools like Google Sheets or Excel
Ability to work constructively within a team
