We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join our team in Suva, Fiji. As Team Leader, you'll provide day to day leadership and performance coaching to our Customer Care teams to improve consistency and achievement of quality measures and outcomes. Developing the highest performance team to meet the needs of our clientelle across all countries we operate and service in.

Stretch and develop the team to achieve objectives that have been set through effective coaching, development, delegation, and empowerment
Support the team to deliver against individual and personal targets, goals, and objectives
Assist with recruitment activities and make sure we're attracting and retaining high potential talent
Provide clear and effective leadership to improve employee engagement
Maintaining healthy relationships with our clients
Act as an escalation point for the team to support more complex queries
Work to agreed targets that focus on both hitting targets and driving the right customer agent behaviors
Use data and insights, including preparing regular reports to help drive decision-making and improve performance
Guide customers and transport providers through processes to achieve the best results for the business

Extensive experience as a customer service team leader with robust negotiation skills
Experience successfully coaching and mentoring junior members of the team to improve skills, knowledge, and performance
High emotional intelligence
Self-motivated and resilient
Easily adapt to change, demonstrates agility and flexibility when direction or priorities shift
The ability to develop high quality, trust-based working relationships
Have a one team mindset
The ability to work flexible shift patterns
