Customer Care Representative

• Phone-based role dealing with inbound and outbound inquiries

• Navigating various systems to obtain information and entering correct and accurate data

• Managing an efficient case management and follow up within agreed timeframes

• Maintaining healthy relationship with the clients

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

• Strong emotional intelligence

• Self-motivated and resilient

• Have at least 1-year customer services experience

• Ability to learn new technology and procedures

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
