    • Lead & collaborate with a knowledgeable, high-achieving, experienced and fun team. Ensuring better performance and succession planning.

    • Grow your team to succeed above and beyond; developing a culture where training and development are part of the team, identifying actions and working with trainers to ensure skills and knowledge are developed effectively

    • Actively engage and support team development to contribute to the design and implementation of Change Programmes and Projects which impact the contact center

    • Nurture effective and consistent communication throughout the team, and encourage feedback and customer insight to enhance the customer experience

    • Build and maintaining optimal internal and external stakeholder relationships

    • Identify and instill best practices, processes and systems and drive a continuous improvement environment

    • Ensures service and sales targets and KPIs expectations are met & continually reviewed for optimum levels of quality & service delivery

    • Contribute towards business growth; developing and maintaining client relationships in selected accounts across a wide range of sectors

    • Diploma or University degree in the field of business or public administration, technical management or information systems

    • A minimum of 7 years of work experience from a call center is desirable

    • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees

    • Excellent understanding of technology, software applications

    • Professional level English speaker
